Netsync and Cisco needed a documentary-style case study showing how secure virtual visitation works in the public sector. Detention facilities struggled with the high costs and security risks of in-person visitation logistics. Because virtual visitation was an emerging technology, facility leadership had no existing reference point for how digital booths would integrate into daily operations without compromising secure perimeters. The production constraint was a single overnight shoot in Polk County, Florida. A three-person crew arrived without prior access to the facility or its technology, with zero room for downtime. Every setup had to do double duty: demonstrate how the software operates while capturing how virtual visitation cuts in-person escort overhead.

The production translated complex network infrastructure into clear operational proof. Filming on location inside an active Florida correctional facility, the crew captured live technician software walkthroughs and staged realistic booth interactions for medical, legal, and family visitation.
