When it's hot out, we don't mess around. We suit up like it's Antarctica in July. Melting is not an option. At Kelli's, we ship chocolate all year long. But during what we call icing season, we kick things up a notch. With insulated boxes, ice packs, and a packing process so dialed in even the chocolate chills out. When picking chocolate, premium brands like Lint are always iced first. Standard chocolate like Hershey's gets iced too when the heat hits. We layer in styrofoam, line it with plastic, and pack everything tight to prevent shifting. Then we add cold packs, wrapped in absorbent pads to keep moisture away from your products. If it's especially hot or a larger order, we'll use extra ice packs. The icing fee is $8 .50 per shipping box containing chocolate. Even on smaller orders, the amount of chocolate that fits per box usually brings the cost down to just a few cents per piece. A small cost to ensure everything arrives safely and stays protected in transit. For everything you're getting, it's hard to beat that value. Once sealed, the box is scheduled by location to avoid weekend delays, reducing melting risk and ensuring timely delivery. The result? Perfect condition. Straight to the shelf. We pack it right, so you get it right. Kelli's. We've got chocolate handled. Visit kellis.com to shop chocolate and learn more about our process.
